Atosha, a seasoned Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, prioritizes a compassionate approach to therapy, drawing inspiration from Ram Dass's wisdom.

With expertise in various therapeutic modalities including Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, and Mindfulness, Atosha empowers individuals to navigate their wellness journey.
