In her memoir, Star-Spangled Jesus, April Ajoy shares her personal journey of growing up deeply entrenched in Christian Nationalism, how she began questioning what she had been taught, and why she ultimately left that movement to better follow Jesus. With humor and honesty, she exposes the dangers of merging faith with nationalism and calls for a more inclusive, justice-centered Christianity.
